Welcome to

Pinvin Church of England First School

If our school should have to close due to bad weather  we will  publish this information on the Local Authority website, the school website and parents and carers will be informed by text message.

Welcome to Pinvin C of E First School, part of a Federation with St. Nicholas C of E Middle School.  We are a small, friendly First School near Pershore in the South of Worcestershire, striving for excellence in all areas.  Most of our children come from Pinvin and the surrounding villages, although some come from much further afield .   Our Christian values are an integral part of our ethos.  We work hard to ensure all our pupils have the opportunity to excel and achieve their very best.

We are committed to providing a stimulating and motivating learning experience, one of high expectations, that equips and prepares our pupils for the 21st Century including a better understanding of British values.  We believe that everyone in school should enjoy learning and feel proud of their achievements.  To fulfil this, we provide a curriculum which aims to be engaging and purposeful and one which is underpinned by high expectations.  Our goal is to prepare every child so that they can make a positive contribution to the society in which they live.

We strongly value the relationship we have with our parents and stakeholders.  We recognise that effective partnerships are essential in ensuring that we do the very best for our pupils.  We appreciate and value the support our parents and stakeholders give us and the role they play in enriching our children's experiences and supporting the education we provide.

The purpose of this website is to inform current and prospective parents about the life of our school;  its vision, ethos, aims and values.  We hope the site will be informative and provide you with all the information that you need.

Please go to "Our School" to view the reports from these inspections, or ring the school to make an appointment to come and look around.  You would be very welcome to visit.
